Privacy Policy

How KiwiLab handles information when you visit the website and use its tools.

Last updated: October 26, 2026.

This policy describes general practices for KiwiLab at kiwi.org.ua. Actual data processing depends on which features and third-party services are enabled. We will update this page if those features change.

1. Information the website may process

When a page is requested, the web server and hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and technical logs. Such data may be used to deliver pages, diagnose errors and maintain security, according to the hosting provider’s settings and terms.

If you email admin@kiwi.org.ua, we receive the information you include in the message, such as your sender address and message content, and use it to respond.

2. Data entered into KiwiLab tools

Some tools may perform calculations or process files directly in your browser. This applies only to tools whose pages explicitly describe local processing. Do not submit confidential information through a tool unless you understand how it works.

Some tools may store preferences or data in local browser storage on your device. You can remove this data through browser settings by clearing site data, or by using any available controls in the relevant tool.

3. Cookies and local storage

The website or embedded third-party services may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies for functionality, preferences, security, audience measurement or advertising, if those services are enabled. Available controls depend on the service and your browser settings.

4. Third-party services and external links

The AI directory links to third-party websites. If you visit those sites or submit information there, the relevant operator processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. KiwiLab does not control the privacy practices of external websites. Review the relevant service’s policy before submitting information.

5. Analytics and advertising

As of this update, this policy does not assert that Google AdSense or another advertising network is already active on the website. If Google AdSense is enabled on KiwiLab, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud and, depending on user settings and consent, personalize advertising. Third-party vendors may place and read cookies in your browser or use similar technologies as a result of ad serving.

Learn more: How Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services. You can manage Google ad personalization in Google Ads Settings. Information about opting out of some personalized advertising is also available at AboutAds.info.

If advertising or analytics services are enabled, we will make this policy more specific to the actual configuration. For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google may require a Google-certified consent mechanism; this should be configured before serving relevant ads.

6. Managing your data

You can manage cookies and local data through your browser settings. If you have questions about information you sent to KiwiLab by email, or wish to request correction or deletion, contact us. Whether a request can be fulfilled depends on the nature of the data and applicable requirements.

7. Information security and policy changes

We take reasonable steps to support the operation of the website, but no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated when website features, settings or requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.

8. Contact

For privacy questions, contact admin@kiwi.org.ua. Other contact information is available on the Contact page.

This text is an informational template, not legal advice. Before launching advertising, verify which advertising, analytics and consent services are actually enabled on the website and update this policy accordingly.
